OUR TEAM

Dan Granucci, CFA, CFP®

President and Wealth Manager

Dan Granucci, CFA, CFP®, is a wealth manager with over two decades of experience helping families and businesses make the best decisions for their future.  After graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in business administration and a concentration in finance, Dan immediately began helping clients as a financial advisor.  He soon expanded into financial planning and wealth management by completing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) certification and the CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST (CFA) designation.

In 2020, Dan launched Iron Path Wealth Management™ with a mission to connect even more closely to his clients through a true fiduciary, fee-only approach. He helps clients, locally and nationally, understand their unique opportunities and make intelligent decisions for today and the future. His focus on collaboration with clients and involving them in planning drives tremendous results and client engagement.

When Dan isn’t working, he spends time with his wife, Caitlin, and their sons, Sam and Vincent, and daughter, Cora. They enjoy being outdoors, hiking, going to parks, and eating great pizza as a family. Dan also loves hobbies such as fly fishing, kayaking, and scuba diving. He enthusiastically works as a Rescue Diver and the Treasurer for Newtown Underwater Search and Rescue (NUSAR). His team is called upon to assist in rescues and recoveries across Western Connecticut.

Aimee Marcus

Client Relationship Coordinator

Aimee graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1994 with a B.S. in Accounting. Her degree led to a role as a Mutual Fund Accountant at Neuberger Berman in New York City through 1997. From there, she moved to J.P. Morgan and was promoted to Vice President within the Asset Management division.

Aimee transitioned, both personally and professionally, from the city to Westchester County, NY, with her husband, Matt. There they live with their two children, Tyler and Zoe, and their dog.

In 2014, her career path led her to Webster Bank, an affiliate of LPL Financial, where she served as a Client Service Advisor working with several Financial Advisors throughout Westchester and lower Fairfield County in CT. Aimee joined Tempus Advisors in 2018 as Lead Client Service Advisor. She worked directly with clients to address most of their service and operational requests, helping them meet their needs and achieve their goals.

She served on the Board of Trustees for Congregation B’nai Yisrael. For her congregation, she is in charge of organizing a Midnight Run that provides meals and clothing to homeless people in NYC. She also serves on the Board of NCSY, where she is part of an ongoing initiative to promote advocacy for family values.

In her spare time, Aimee enjoys hiking with her family and dog Yogi, spending time with her husband, going to Broadway shows, and playing tennis.

Caitlin Granucci

Community Engagement Specialist

With a passion for community and a heart for service, Caitlin brings warmth and dedication to everything she does. She joined Iron Path Wealth Management, Inc. in 2024 as Community Engagement Coordinator, a role that perfectly aligns with her lifelong commitment to making a difference.

A proud Newtown resident, she holds a Master’s degree from Manhattanville College and has spent years as a special education teacher at Newtown High School, where she finds deep fulfillment in empowering her students. Her dedication to advocacy extends beyond the classroom; she serves as a board member for SPHERE, an organization supporting adults with disabilities, a cause close to her heart.

At Iron Path, Caitlin plays a key role in building meaningful relationships within the community, connecting individuals and families to resources, events, and conversations that support their financial well-being.

Whether she’s coordinating community initiatives or supporting outreach efforts, she is driven by a genuine desire to help others feel seen, supported, and confident in their journey.

When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find her chasing adventures with her three kids, Sam, Cora, and Vincent, whether that means hitting the beach, exploring a new travel destination, or diving into the next community event. She believes that building strong connections and giving back aren’t just part of her job; they’re a way of life.
